Class Append

public class Append extends BinaryFunction implements JepComponent
Concatenates two lists, or append a single element. Returns a new list.
append([1,2,3], [4,5]) -> [1,2,3,4,5]
append([1,2,3,4], 5) -> [1,2,3,4,5]
